OceanAire water cooled air conditioners have state of the art features and efficiencies. OceanAire units surpass the competition by employing high external static pressures enabling you to add long lengths of ducting to the cool air section as well as setting up a return air duct. Low pressure drops through the condenser coil (less than 3 PSI) enable installation of multiple units. Many units have significantly higher pressure drops.
