The Crown Boiler Aruba-3 Series (AWI) residential, cast iron, hot water boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready product. The integral draft diverter provides a low profile design allowing the boiler to be installed in areas requiring a low clearance. This atmospheric, gas-fired boiler is for use with a conventional chimney. The Aruba-3 Series is packaged with the option of either natural or LP gas as well as a choice of a standing pilot or electronic ignition system.

Additionally, the Crown Boiler Aruba-3 features a standardized Honeywell operating control with the unique option for placement on the right, l eft or top to accommodate any boiler room design.

The Crown Boiler Bali Series (BWF) residential, cast iron, hot water boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready product. An integral fan permits venting directly through a wall. With the addition of a Category-1 Vent Kit, the Bali has the option of venting into some chimneys that are too small to vent an atmospheric boiler of the same input. The Crown Boiler Bali Series is packaged with an electronic ignition system and has the option of either natural or LP gas.

The Crown Boiler Bermuda Series (BSI) residential/light commercial, cast iron, steam boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready product. The integral draft diverter provides a low profile design allowing the boiler to be installed in areas requiring a low clearance. This atmospheric, gas-fired boiler is for use with a conventional chimney. The Crown Boiler Bermuda Series also comes standard with a probe-type low water cut-off safety control. The heat exchangers are built with steel push nipples below the water line where superior strength and resistance to expansion and contraction is important. Cast iron push nipples above the water line are larger than often found on similar units to provide optimum steam quality.

The Crown Boiler Bimini (BWC) Series boiler is a cast aluminum, high-efficiency, condensing, direct-vent, gas-fired, hot water boiler. There are multiple venting options to suit homeowner and installer preferences. Some models are designed to be wall-mounted for when floor space is at a premium. Each model is ENERGY STAR® qualified.

The Crown Boiler BWC is available in both natural and LP gas models. The Crown Boiler BWC also includes a microprocessor-based control system. Additional features include direct spark ignition, outdoor reset temperature sensor, domestic hot water priority, pump controls for heating and domestic hot water and a fully modulating burner. The Crown Boiler BWC comes fully wired and ready for installation.

The Crown Boiler CABO-2 Series (CWD) residential, cast iron, direct-vent, hot water boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready product. The Bali Series is packaged with an electronic ignition system and has the option of either natural or LP gas. The Crown Boiler Cabo-2 Series control supports priority zoning for an indirect water heater and an optional plug-in outdoor temperature reset control. Each model is ENERGY STAR® qualified.

The Crown Boiler Maui Series (MWC) boiler is a residential, fully-packaged, installer-ready, copper-finned, gas-fired, hot-water, condensing, direct vent boiler. This 85% efficient, ENERGY STAR® qualified boiler is offered in a "heat only" or "Combi" model that provides both domestic heat and hot water. The Crown Boiler Maui is packaged with a concentric polypropylene venting system. The Maui is available in one size at 116,000 BTU/hr in both natural and LP gas.

The Maui's wall-mounted design is ideal for situations where space is at a premium. The Maui boiler utilizes direct spark ignition and is equipped with an expansion tank.

The Crown Boiler Freeport CT Series boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready, 3-pass cast-iron, oil-fired, hot water boiler. The Crown Boiler Freeport CT Series is designed for installation with a standard chimney. This boiler is available in heating capacities from 92,000-286,000 BTU/hr. Some models of the Crown Boiler Freeport CT boiler are ENERGY STAR® qualified.

The Crown Boiler Freeport CT is available with a Beckett (standard) or Riello oil burner. Features include a 3-pass heat exchanger to maximize heat transfer and ease of service. The Crown Boiler Freeport CT Series also includes a cast-iron burner swing door and Honeywell operating controls.

The Crown Boiler Freeport ODV Series boiler is a fully-packaged, installer-ready, 3-pass cast-iron, oil-fired, hot water boiler. The Crown Boiler Freeport ODV Series is designed for direct venting in homes without a chimney. This boiler is available in heating capacities from 91,000-150,000 BTU/hr heating capacity.

Features include a 3-pass heat exchanger to maximize heat transfer and ease of service. The Crown Boiler Freeport ODV series also includes a cast-iron burner swing door, Honeywell operating controls and direct vent package including 15 feet of venting material and a coaxial vent terminal. The ODV-75 is ENERGY STAR® qualified.

The Crown Boiler Kingston (KSZ) Series boiler is an installer-ready, residential, cast-iron, oil-fired, steam boiler. The Kingston is designed for installation with a standard chimney. The Crown Boiler Kingston is available in heating capacities from 79,000 to 235,000 BTU/hr. This boiler is available in a semi-packaged 'Shorty' version. The 'Shorty' is shipped with the burner and controls separate from the boiler.

Some models of the KSZ are ENERGY STAR® qualified.

Additional features include direct spark ignition, outdoor reset temperature sensor, domestic hot water priority, pump controls for heating and domestic hot water and a fully modulating burner. The BWC is fully wired and ready for installation.

The Crown Boiler FW Series boiler is a 3-pass cast-iron boiler designed for use with light oil, gas, or a light oil-gas combination. The Crown Boiler FW Series is designed for installation with either a standard chimney or a pressurized vent system. The boiler has a swing-open front door for easy service and inspection, and the stainless steel baffles are easily removed via the front door.

The FW comes in six sizes, with heating capacities ranging from 355,000 to 1,091,000 BTU/hr. The burner is ordered separately.

The Crown Boiler Series 16 is a commercial, cast-iron, gas-fired, hot-water boiler. The Crown Boiler Series 16 is designed for use with a conventional chimney. The boiler is packaged with an electronic ignition system and has the option of either natural or LP gas. The Crown Boiler Series 16 is available in firing rates from 325,000 to 585,000 BTU/hr.

The Crown Boiler Series 16 is shipped as a semi-packaged boiler with the boiler sections, base, and flue collector preassembled; final assembly is then easily completed in the field.

The Crown Boiler Series 24 is a cast-iron water or steam boiler designed for use with light oil, gas, or a light oil-gas combination. The Crown Boiler Series 24 is designed for installation with either a standard chimney or a pressurized vent system. The boiler has a swing-open front door for easy service and inspection.

The Crown Boiler Series 24 is available in 10 sizes, with heating capacities ranging from 342,000 to 1,852,000 BTU/hr.

This boiler is easily assembled with draw rods, and all the maintenance access areas are located on the left side, simplifying servicing.

The Crown Boiler Series 32 is a commercial, cast-iron, gas-fired, hot-water or steam boiler. The Crown Boiler Series 32 is designed for use with a conventional chimney. The boiler is equipped with an electronic ignition system and is available for use with natural gas. The Crown Boiler Series 32 is available in firing rates from 380,000 to 2,850,000 BTU/hr. This boiler has built-in draft hoods for installation under low ceilings, and a choice of control options make the Series 32 the best choice for a wide variety of commercial applications.

Domestic hot water can be provided by an optional tankless coil water heater on water boilers only. The steam boilers are tapped for Mega-Stor or Maxi-Therm indirect water heaters.

The Crown Boiler Series 32 has a compact design which uses preassembled and tested base modules. These modules have individual gas trains with a residential style combination gas valve and ignition control for simplicity and redundancy. These base modules are combined to provide the appropriate input.

Heat exchanger sections are shipped unassembled, which makes them easier to handle, get through narrow doorways and assemble.
